Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Pursuant to the Decree of Board of Commissioners No. 003/SP-K.NR/DU/III/23 dated March 15^th 2023, the company stated that the company will not form the nomination and remuneration committee. The Nomination and Remuneration function will be executed by the Board of Commissioners, in accordance with POJK Regulation No. 34/POJK.04/2014
